The procurement of this project is valid for three years at a time, and the contract is signed once a year. After the expiration of the contract, the purchaser will evaluate the service situation and work assessment results of the successful bidder. (See tender documents for details)

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (http://**.cn) and China Government Procurement website (http://**.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3, must have a valid "security service license" issued by the provincial and municipal public security department; 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
