（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人具有機電工程專業二 (略) 政公用工程二級及以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （3）It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; （4）First-class qualification for professional contracting of environmental protection engineering; （5）Have a safety production license (within the validity period); （6）The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of level 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or a registered construction engineer of level 2 or above in municipal public works, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction; （7）Performance Requirements: None; （8）Other requirements: None.
