(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高小微企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持小微企業政策：本項目（■是 □不是）專門面向小微企業采購，評審時小微企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；

3.符合《關于對接國際高標準經貿規則推進 (略) 政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔2024〕12號）第17條規定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Must be a legal person or non-legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of our country (this project not accept branches to participate in procurement activities under their own names); 2. This project is specifically for procurement from small and micro-sized enterprises. 3. who comply with Article 17 of the "Guiding Opinions on Connecting with International High Standards for Economic and Trade Rules and Promoting Reform of Government Proc in Pilot Areas" (Hu Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；
