1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：1、The bidder shall have the history of successfully designing, manufacturing and assembling the oxygen generation unit applying full distillation argon recovery technology, with the capacity of * , * Nm3/h and above (performance sheet and acceptance certificate shall be provided). 2、The total energy consumption of the equipment (see 7.2.3 for specific energy consumption) shall be no more than * , * KW/h in standard operating condition at design point. 3、As the project is complex and subject to high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in the project shall contact the tenderee to carry out technical exchanges before the bid opening. The bidder shall bid on the technical annex signed by both parties as the bidding scheme. The bidder shall contact the tenderee no later than ten days before the bid opening and carry out technical exchange. Any bidder failing to carry out technical exchange and signing technical agreement as required will be rejected.
